We are committed to a classroom that is clean and healthy for your family. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we ask that families bring or purchase their own instrument packs and anyone over the age of 2 wear a mask. To keep class sizes smaller, we can only allow 4 families per class and only one adult/child. In addition, parents need to take temperature checks and sanitize hands before class. Hand sanitizer, a digital thermometer, tissues, and anti-bacterial wipes are always available. Areas for changing diapers are located in the restroom.
If you or your child is sick, please stay home to get better. You/your child should be fever-free for 24 hours and have no contagious characteristics (rash, drainage, etc.)
We provide a mix of online, outdoor, and studio options. You can also form your own classes with friends. As an added bonus, class tuition is per family. Online classes are hosted on the password-protected Zoom platform and are not recorded. Families will be admitted from the waiting room. Please do not share links with anyone unless approved by instructor. Please do not take and or post pictures of online participants. Read more about our Zoom classes.
Generally we cap our studio classes at 10-12 families. Due to COVID-19 regulations, we've reduced the size to 4 students/class. Outdoor and online classes are capped at 15 families.
We have 7 different levels for ages 0-7, including a mixed age class for multiple ages. Mixed Age, Foundations, Level 1 and Level 2 classes are parent/child programs. Levels 3, 4, & 5 invite families to join the last 15 minutes.
In 1996, Miss Karen started Kindermusik parent child music classes in Canton with 2 classes and a handful of students. Today we have a team of 4 teachers, teach 12-16 classes a week with up to 120 students. We are proud to be a Kindermusik Top program.
Music matters. Our teachers are dedicated to bringing the joy, discovery, and magic of music into the life of every child. We are committed to changing the world, one child at a time. Music offers more benefits than sports, dance, and gymnastics. Music lasts a lifetime.
Our teachers all come from music backgrounds. We all have gone through Kindermusik training and continue our professional development in the areas of music and child development. Miss Karen has also worked for Kindermusik International as a coach and curriculum writer.
